Hooded Blue Baby Blanket — Finished!

It took exactly 2 weeks of on-and-off crocheting for me to finish the blue baby blanket I’ve been making for the newest baby in my family! The pattern was very easy, one single-crochet followed by two double-crochet in the same stitch, making it pop out a bit to make a fun texture.

The hood was simple too, just double-crochets with several in one stitch on the edges, causing it to go outward and bend a bit (so the piece was curved, not flat). Then I fastened it on using the pattern stitch and going all around the blanket’s edge.

Here pictures of the finished blanket:

Now I’m getting back to Cthulhus & the Firefly cross-stitch! *phew*

    @Amy It’s a nice soft baby-friendly yarn too. :)
